REEBAL STEEL FACTORY 180,000-ton Multi-variety Structural Steel Production Line EPC Project

I. Project Basic Information

Client Name: REEBAL STEEL FACTORY

Industry: Steel Rolling

Project Status: Ongoing

Our Solution: Integrated Production Line for H-beams, I-beams, Channel Beams, and Angle Steels

Quantified Performance: Annual Capacity of 180,000 tons

II. Project Background

The REEBAL STEEL FACTORY client requires a highly flexible production line capable of frequent and rapid switching between product specifications, in order to meet local market demand for small-batch, multi-variety orders of diverse structural components such as H-beams and I-beams. The new equipment must not only feature cutting-edge technology but also seamlessly integrate with the client’s existing plant layout.

III. Core Solutions and Technical Highlights

For this project, our company has fully launched engineering and EPC general contracting services, with all work currently progressing efficiently according to schedule:

Completed: Front-end consulting and highly flexible process design

Our engineering team has successfully completed the feasibility study, basic design, and detailed design phases. By adopting a customized multi-variety section rolling/semi-continuous rolling process route, we have effectively resolved integration challenges between the new equipment and existing facilities, laying a solid technical foundation for subsequent efficient co-line production.

Ongoing: Custom Equipment Supply and Supply Chain Management

The project has now fully entered the equipment manufacturing and procurement/shipping phase. Leveraging our robust supply chain network, we are coordinating the production of complete sets of metallurgical equipment as well as core individual units tailored to specific requirements. Meanwhile, our dedicated logistics team is closely managing cross-border sea freight exports to ensure that the extensive equipment package arrives safely and on time at the overseas site.

Future Plans: Closed-loop Installation and Production Operation Support

Once the equipment arrives at the port, we will seamlessly coordinate construction and installation supervision, thermal load commissioning, and start-up services. After commissioning, we will also provide customers with in-depth production operation management—including performance optimization and employee training—and establish a corresponding spare parts management system, ensuring the production line achieves truly “turnkey” trouble-free operation.

IV. Expected Customer Value and Quantified Objectives

Upon full production line commissioning, it is anticipated that the client will achieve an annual capacity of 180,000 tons of high-quality structural steel.
